4. Health, Safety & Compliance
Quantum Scaff UK operates under full UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) compliance and follows:
- TG20:21 and SG4 industry safety standards
- CISRS-certified scaffolders
- Regular inspections and maintenance of scaffolding structures
Clients and contractors on-site are expected to cooperate with all safety requirements. Quantum Scaff UK reserves the right to pause or terminate work if a site is deemed unsafe.
5. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety and quality of our work, Quantum Scaff UK will not be held liable for:
- Damage or loss caused by unauthorized alterations or misuse of our scaffolding.
- Delays due to weather, third-party interference, or conditions beyond our control.
Except as required by law, our liability shall not exceed the total contract value of the specific project.
All work is covered by comprehensive public and employer’s liability insurance, ensuring full protection for our clients and staff.
